PLEASE READ THIS LINK BEFORE  YOU CONTINUE  RECIPE FOR ILLNESS – PART 1

Where shall we begin.  I am sorry to report – Anyone reading this blog – EVERYONE HAS PARASITES.

We must examine:

1.) How we get them

2.) How we live with them.  (What happens when we have an infestation of them)

3.) How we get rid of them.

First – What is a parasite?  Derived from the Greek Word Para – which means beside and Sitos – which means food.

There are more than 100 different parasites and parasitic worms that live in the host.  There are 2 types of parasites.  There are large ones referred to as worms and small ones that require a microscope to see.

Parasites are the main cause of food born illness and waterborne disease.  This is actually how they enter our body.

The large worms while in an immature form can travel through your blood stream and infect any organ, gland or part of the body.  Depending on the type of worm, they can grow anywhere from several inches up to unmeasureable feet in length. They can lay thousand to millions of eggs each day. The eggs stick to the walls of our intestines and can be microscopic in size. These large worms are called HEMINTHINS or INTESTINAL NEMATODES.  Fish, Pork and Beef can have tapeworms as well.

The small microscopic parasites travel through your blood stream like bacteria or viruses.  They reproduce by dividing themselves much like bacteria do.  They to can invade any cell in the body. These small ones are called PROTOZOA.

What is a host? HOST: An organism which harbours the parasite = US!
and parasites are definitely one type of visitor that’s not welcomed to the body.

Parasites enter the body of the host; either in the body’s tissues, body’s cavities, digestive tract or other organs.  Worms of various kinds can enter the body through several avenues and if conditions are favourable for their development they may multiply.

  • insect bites
  • pets – particularly cats and dogs
  • walking barefoot on warm grass – they can get into your body through the soles of your feet
  • fresh fruit and vegetables – organic are worse for this as they’re more likely to have been grown in manure
  • meat and fish – both handling it and eating it undercooked
  • water -swimming in it and drinking it
  • foreign travel
  • handling anything handled by other people – poor personal hygiene, particularly not washing hands after going to the toilet is often the culprit here.

Mild parasite infections can be completely asymptomatic, which does not make them less hazardous. It could be that a mild vague feeling (not feeling 100%), digestive Problems, colic, irritable, fatigue, off colour and generalised or localised pruritus (itchiness) are experienced.

Anemia, Appendicitis, stomach pain could all be signs of a heavy infestations.  The parasites react to the moon!! When there is a full moon – do you feel nervous?  If you are usually not a nervous type – please explore the possibilities.  Worm LOVE  sugar, acid conditions and constipation.  A diet high in fibre and alkalising food is the best prevention and cure for infestations. (RAW)

There have been quite a bit of experiences where living RAW for 30 days really helps!
