It has been raining like crazy these days! All the wet weather still won’t rawk me from my goal!
Saturday night we enjoyed the sesame chicken nuggets and the raw fried rice.
Here is the cauliflower out of the food processor, ready for all the wonderful ingredients to add!
For the rice I used a combination of ingredients. The recipe is as follows:
Raw “Fried” Rice
3 Green Onions chopped (I only used the first 3″ of the onion and saved the green tops for later.)
1 1/2 cup peas
2 T Sesame Oil
1 T Lemon Juice
1 T Red Pepper Flake
1 tsp Ginger powder
Black Pepper and Veg it Seasoning
Preparation: Put 1/2 cauliflower head in food processor and pulse until it resmbles rice. Place in a large bowl. Add all the other ingredients and season to taste.
It was okay, but still not much like rice. I think I will try to make something with Wild Rice next. I caught a tip about eating wild rice on the RAW FOR DAYS video.

This has made slicing and cutting incredibly EASY! Especially when I need something cut thin and I don’t want to take out the entire mandoline to cut 2 beets or zucchini’s!
Here is the plate of sesame nuggets and “fried” rice with broccoli!
For the broccoli I tossed the broccoli with the dipping sauce given in the recipe and put in the Dehydrator for 1 hr and half at 115 degrees.
This recipe makes ALOT! I still have like 10 sesame nuggets left. Very savory and very filling! Great!
Sunday I was able to make a salad and put the leftovers from the above dish on top. Nice meal. Quite fullfilling actually.
I also made another salad later on in the afternoon. This one I made with fresh tomato salsa.
Later on in the evening I made another zucchini, mushroom and macadamia nut cheese casserole. Here it is half way eaten…
This is always a delicious meal. A definite promise to be on the menu at least 4 times a month!!! Even after the 30 days are up!!!
Update: I am still enjoying my self eating raw foods. The no suger thing is making me crazy however. I am dying to make a raw chocolate candy! Things are good however. Still quite content and an amazing calm feeling that stays with me throughout the day!!!
